We are looking for a GCP Data Architect with more than 10 years of experience transforming complex data ecosystems into strategic business assets. Expert in designing and deploying enterprise-scale Data Warehousing solutions using the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) stack.

The key differentiator for this role is the ability to act as a bridge between technology and business, translating KPIs and objectives from business leaders into robust, scalable, and results-oriented architectures.

               Core Technical Stack

Expert / Strong command

• Business-to-Tech Translation: Proven experience collaborating directly with C-Level executives and Business Directors to define requirements, manage expectations, and present technology roadmaps. Ability to lead technical discussions and negotiations.
• Data Integration & Orchestration: Cloud Dataflow (Apache Beam for ETL/ELT + dbt) and Cloud Composer (Apache Airflow).
• Architecture Design: Design of data pipelines in both streaming and batch, ensuring high availability and minimal latency.
• Languages: SQL (Advanced/Expert) and Python.

Hands-on / Practical experience

• Data Warehousing: Google BigQuery (cost optimization, partitioning, clustering, and data modeling).
• Cost Management: Optimization of GCP resources, ensuring infrastructure scales in a financially sustainable manner.

Nice to have

• Governance & DevOps: Data Catalog, IAM, CI/CD for data pipelines.

Key Professional Competencies:

Nice to have

• Business Intelligence: Understanding of BI concepts and processes, with exposure to tools such as Tableau or Qlik.
• Bilingual Communication: Full fluency in English required, Spanish is a plus.
