Ground Beef B-Shift Quality Assurance Technician 

Monitor the implementation of food safety and quality procedures on the floor, report deficiencies and correct them. Other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities:

·        Monitor SOP’s, SSOP’s, and GMP compliance of associates, perform HACCP procedures to comply with federal regulations

·        Work with USDA and present records to them at the agency’s request

·        Review records to ensure accuracy and be held accountable to their accuracy

·        Aid QA supervisor and management in gathering data for investigations

·        Work closely with production associates in monitoring meat product for specifications, and correcting specification deficiencies

·        Assist in other duties as needed

·        Able to work Monday through Friday, and weekends as needed

·        Comfortable working in a cold environment

·        Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time
