Gatwick Airport Cleaner

Aviation Recruitment experts Optime are excited to be recruiting Aiport Cleaners for a prestigious client at Gatwick Airport. All positions offer full-time hours, overtime opportunities and an immediate start!

What’s on offer:

• Rate of Pay: £12.21 per hour
• Shifts: Ad-Hoc (must be fully flexible)
• Weekly Pay (every Friday)
• Full training provided
• Immediate Start!
• Temp to Perm (performance-based)

Key Duties:

• Cleaning all areas of the terminal and aircraft hangar (this includes rest rooms).
• Hoovering, mopping, and dusting high and low-level areas.
• Documenting routine inspections.
• Working as part of a team.
• Completing tasks in a timely manner.
• Using various cleaning equipment in line with training.
• Adhering to airport security processes.

Requirements:

• A driving licence is preferable.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• A great work ethic.
• Valid Passport or Driving Licence /Birth Certificate or National ID card
• UK Settled Status (If applicable)
• Proof of National Insurance
• Proof of (current) Address
• 5 Year Address History
• 5 Year Work Reference History
• Successful candidates will be required to complete a basic criminal record check following interview in line with CAA requirements.
• Previous airport and/or cleaning experience would be beneficial
