ABOUT THE ROLE
At LeoVegas, our mission is to provide the ultimate gaming experience by ensuring our casino lobby is always ahead of the curve. As our new Gaming Portfolio Manager, you will be the casino games expert within LeoVegas Group, combining a genuine passion for games with a deep understanding of the design, mechanics and themes that resonate with different player audiences. Embedded within the Casino Team in Gaming Operations & Supplier Management, this role is responsible for shaping and managing the casino games roadmap across all operational markets, spanning standard portfolio content, localised market needs and exclusive launches.
You will work closely with the Casino Team, Commercial Market Clusters and external game suppliers to define a clear, balanced, and player-centric content strategy. Acting as a strategic partner to Casino Managers, you will support them in curating local roadmaps that align with global objectives while reflecting regional player preferences, commercial priorities & regulatory requirements.
Reporting to the Head of Casino, you will play a key role within the Gaming department, contributing to the delivery of engaging, differentiated & locally optimised casino content. Through strong supplier partnerships, data-driven insights and a nuanced understanding of what makes games successful in different markets, you will help strengthen LeoVegas Group’s casino offering and competitive position across the portfolio.

- Strategic Partnership with Casino Managers
Collaborate closely with Casino Managers to design and deliver localised content strategies that align with the global casino vision while addressing the specific needs, preferences & regulatory constraints of each market.
- Central & Local Content Roadmap Management
Own and manage the central games roadmap, while working with Casino Managers and Delivery teams to plan, prioritise, and execute localised content roadmaps, ensuring timely launches and effective market-specific optimisation. - Exclusive Content & Differentiation
Identify and deliver opportunities for exclusives, bespoke and branded content that strengthen differentiation, brand identity and commercial performance across markets.
- Supplier Relationship Management & Content Development
Build and maintain strong partnerships with game providers to secure high-quality content, with a focus on exclusive deals and premium offerings tailored to local market demand.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
Foster effective collaboration with internal teams (Casino, Commercial, Marketing) to ensure coordinated approach to product launches & promotional initiatives.
- Market Insight and Competitive Analysis
Maintain a strong understanding of industry trends, competitive landscapes, player preferences and regulatory developments to continuously refine and enhance the RNG content strategy
- Performance Monitoring and Regulatory Compliance
Track, analyse and report on game performance, using data-driven insights to optimise the portfolio, while ensuring full compliance with all applicable regulatory requirements.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Deep Industry Experience: Extensive knowledge of game mechanics, features, and the current landscape of providers and their roadmaps.
- Roadmap Management: Proven ability to manage complex release schedules and turn them into successful plans for our markets.
- Organizational Excellence: A strong ability to work independently, stay organized, and take full accountability for the role immediately.
- Collaborative Mindset: A proactive communicator who is happy to share information and review game data with the wider team.
NICE TO HAVES
- Industry Network: Existing, strong relationships with key game providers in the industry.
- Game Development: Previous experience or a background in actually creating or designing casino games.
- Adaptability: Experience navigating legal or compliance challenges within a regulated environment.
