We’re currently scouting Game Programmers across all specialties—gameplay, engine, tools, UI, graphics, AI and more—who combine technical expertise with a deep love for games.

Requirements

To be considered, you should bring:

• 4+ years of professional experience in game programming
• Advanced programming skills in C++ with a strong understanding of the fundamentals
• Experience with game engines, primarily Unreal Engine
• Experience working in large codebases
• Good understanding of software architecture
• Ability to mentor other programmers and provide/receive constructive feedback
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with performance profiling and optimization
• Experience with version control (Git, Perforce)
  

Nice to have:

• Recent Unreal Engine 5 experience (big plus!)
• Solid programming skills in C# with a strong understanding of the fundamentals
• Unity experience
• Console development (PS5, Xbox Series X, Switch, etc.)
• Mobile development
• Porting experience
• Shipped titles
• Experience working directly with external clients
• Strong math skills (linear algebra, 3D math, algorithms, etc)
• Experience in a specialized area (e.g. graphics, AI, tools, multiplayer, etc.)
• Familiarity with build pipelines
• Cross-discipline collaboration experience with artists, designers, etc.
