Are you a programmer who loves seeing your code come to life in the hands of millions? We’re looking for a Game Developer Intern to join our Angry Birds Reloaded team! In this role, you’ll help us build fresh content and exciting new features for Apple Arcade. This is a paid 6-month internship, with a preferred start in May or June 2026. Please note that relocation or visa support is not provided for internship roles. Our team is based in Espoo, Finland, working in a hybrid setup with biweekly presence together at the office.  You will have impact and fun at work by:
  • Developing monthly content updates that keep our players smiling and engaged.
  • Programming unique behaviors for new level blocks and creating epic mechanics for special boss fights.
  • Using and improving internal tools to convert classic levels into the Reloaded format.
  • Building automated testing tools to ensure our game quality is the best it can be.
  • Exploring the world of AI-assisted software development to find smarter ways to create tools and features.
  • Collaborating closely with our game designers to turn creative visions into smooth, playable reality.
  • Experience and skills we are looking for:
  • You’re currently enrolled or recently graduated from a relevant study program and are eager to apply your learning to a hit game.
  • You have hands-on experience with Unity3D and C# programming, and you're ready to put those skills to the test on a live game.
  • You’ve explored game programming for iOS or Android platforms.
  • You are familiar with Git and/or other version control systems.
  • You're a true fan of gaming and bring that enthusiasm to everything you build.
  • You're comfortable following technical instructions and taking full responsibility for the quality of your work.
  • You can manage your tasks effectively, even when they feel a bit repetitive or mundane.
  • You're fluent in English.
  • It would be nice if you also have the following skills:
  • Familiarity with continuous integration systems.
  • An understanding of Agile software development methods.
  • A curious mind for how AI can make coding even more efficient and fun!
