Game Designer

We’re looking for a Game Designer to join our New Games team and help shape new titles from early concepts to live performance. This role is for someone who enjoys owning the creative process, thinking in systems, and making design decisions backed by data.

Experience with hybrid-casual puzzle games is essential for this role.

What you’ll be doing

  • Owning the game design process for new projects, from early ideas to implementation and iteration
  • Working closely with the Product Owner to align on vision, priorities, and goals
  • Collaborating with Analysts to understand player behavior and turn data into concrete design improvements
  • Designing and evolving core gameplay systems, progression, and mechanics
  • Applying market and competitor research to shape features and overall player experience
  • Iterating based on metrics, feedback, and post-launch performance

What we’re looking for

  • Hands-on experience designing hybrid-casual puzzle games
  • Strong understanding of puzzle mechanics, game systems, and progression
  • Familiarity with data analysis and confidence in making data-driven design decisions
  • Experience using market insights and competitor research to inform design
  • Independency and proactivity - you’re comfortable owning decisions
  • Curious mindset and willingness to experiment and iterate
  • Advanced English communication skills for day-to-day collaboration
