Requirements

To be considered, you should bring:

• 3+ years of experience in a game design role, ideally with at least one shipped title on console, PC, or mobile
• Proven experience designing and implementing core gameplay systems, mechanics, or features
• Strong proficiency with industry-standard engines and tools such as Unreal Engine, Unity, proprietary editors, or scripting systems
• Ability to write clear and concise design documentation and communicate concepts across disciplines
• Experience balancing gameplay systems, economy design, or level progression is a plus
• Comfort with basic scripting or visual scripting (e.g., Blueprints)
• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with cross-functional teams including artists, engineers, and producers
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to take initiative within a creative team
