Game Artist - Designer (Remote)

AbZorba Games, part of Greentube and NOVOMATIC Interactive, is a world-leading studio dedicated to crafting superb, high-quality social casino games. We're currently scaling up our flagship mobile application, 'Diamond Cash Slots', and are seeking a talented and enthusiastic Game Artist to join our dynamic development team. The position

We seek a full time, in-house Graphic Designer fully remote.

This role requires a strong foundation in graphic design, utilizing tools like Photoshop and Illustrator to create clean, compelling game assets. Beyond static design, you'll be instrumental in defining the player experience, applying your knowledge of UI/UX design to build intuitive and engaging interfaces. As a significant plus, you may also bring an eye for movement, with experience in motion design and animations to bring our games to life, working primarily within the Unity engine, Spine, and Particle Systems. You will be involved in the full development life cycle, implementing features and games collaborating with a highly skilled team.

You will be working in close collaboration with game designers, game artists, animators and game developers. You will create characters, rich backgrounds, unique symbols and interfaces that fit our social casino environment. You will be able to expand our universe with different concepts and different worlds with your own art-style blended in our games.

You need to be prepared to take on many different kinds of tasks, and you must be eager to explore new techniques and new art-styles that will attract the most demanding eyes.

We are looking for candidates with relevant experience, but people with great talent will also be considered.

Requirements

You have

• Proficiency in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Proficiency in user interface design
• Well-developed your sense of color
• Familiarity with creating assets for mobile games or apps
• Relevant education and/or work experience
• A portfolio showing your talent and previous works
• Ability to prioritize projects, communicate progress, and deliver on time

Double-bonus skills

• Experience within the games industry
