About the Role:

We are looking for a Gallery Partnership & Sales Associate to help expand MutualArt’s partnership program. You will be working directly with our Head of Galleries to reach international galleries, manage outreach campaigns, and help refine our membership system. This is a role for a self-motivated professional who understands the art market and can build real rapport with gallery directors.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum three (3) years working in an art-related organization (gallery, museum, auction house, etc.).
  • Sales Background: A proven track record of successful prospecting and closing sales.
  • Art Market Literacy: Solid knowledge of the market, including the ability to identify blue-chip vs. emerging artists, knowledge of important art institutions and an understanding of different art mediums.
  • Communication: Perfect English (native or close to native) with strong presentation and conversational skills.
  • Customer Service: A deep commitment to follow-through—delivering on promises made to partners.
  • Technical Skills: Strong computer skills and the ability to explain the technical side of our platform (automated inventory, etc.) to clients.
  • Organizational Skills: Highly organized with the ability to analyze data and prioritize a large pipeline of international leads.
