This role focuses on the administration and optimization of Gainsight, translating business needs into scalable workflows and serving as a subject-matter expert for cross-functional teams.
aytm “ask your target market” is looking to hire a Gainsight Administrator to own the administration, optimization, and ongoing evolution of our Gainsight environment, while also supporting key components of our broader Customer Success and Revenue Operations tech stack.
This role is responsible for translating business needs into scalable workflows, automation, insights, and reporting. You will serve as the subject-matter expert for Gainsight and a trusted partner to Customer Success leadership, Revenue Operations, Finance, and other cross-functional teams.
This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys both hands-on system configuration and strategic problem-solving.
