We’re hiring a Media Buyer to partner with our client, a premium direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand that is scaling its internal performance marketing function. As they transition away from an agency-based model, this role is central to building in-house capability and accelerating customer growth. With ambitious acquisition targets and significant budgets, paid media is a critical driver of their next stage of expansion.

In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Meta campaign execution and optimization, managing monthly spends of $50K–$90K. You’ll pair hands-on campaign management with strategic insights to drive new customer acquisition, maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), and shape the brand’s long-term paid media strategy. Accountability

As a Media Buyer, your success will be defined by your ability to manage paid media campaigns with precision, optimize performance against key growth metrics, and provide strategic recommendations that guide long-term success. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset, strong analytical instincts, and the creativity needed to test and scale high-performing ad campaigns.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Campaign Management (Meta Focus)

  • Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Own budgets in the range of $50K–$90K/month on Meta.
  • Continuously optimize targeting, bidding, and creative testing to improve conversions.

Performance Analysis & Strategy

  • Track and analyze campaign performance across Meta Ads Manager, Shopify, Triple Whale, and Google Analytics.
  • Report on key performance indicators, including CAC, ROAS, and new customer growth.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and scale performance.

Creative Strategy & Collaboration

  • Partner with creative teams to shape ad content that resonates with audiences.
  • Identify high-performing creative themes and guide iteration cycles.
  • Contribute to testing frameworks that improve efficiency in creative development.

Cross-Platform Expansion (Future Scope)

  • Support campaigns across additional channels, including Google Ads and LinkedIn, as the growth strategy expands.
  • Stay ahead of emerging paid media opportunities and recommend tests for future acquisition.

You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to ensure campaigns are executed with rigor, creative testing is prioritized, and paid media investments deliver measurable growth.

Skills & Qualifications

As a Media Buyer, your vertical focus will be Meta campaign management and optimization, while your horizontal strengths should span analytics, creative testing, and cross-channel growth.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Experience: 2–4 years in paid media buying, with a proven track record managing significant Meta budgets ($50K+/month).
  • Meta Fluency: Deep expertise with Meta Ads Manager and best practices for direct-to-consumer growth.
  • Analytics: Strong skills using Shopify, Triple Whale attribution, and Google Analytics.
  • Performance Marketing: Proven ability to manage CAC, optimize ROAS, and scale acquisition.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to pair execution with insights and provide recommendations that drive results.
  • Collaboration: Strong organizational and communication skills for working with marketing and creative teams.

Bonus skills:

  • Experience managing Google Ads and/or LinkedIn campaigns.
  • Background in D2C consumer brands, especially in CPG or lifestyle categories.
  • Familiarity with creative testing frameworks and scaling ad concepts.
  • Prior in-house experience supporting fast, iterative testing cycles.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
