We’re hiring a Media Buyer to partner with our client, a premium direct-to-consumer lifestyle brand that is scaling its internal performance marketing function. As they transition away from an agency-based model, this role is central to building in-house capability and accelerating customer growth. With ambitious acquisition targets and significant budgets, paid media is a critical driver of their next stage of expansion.
In this role, you’ll take full ownership of Meta campaign execution and optimization, managing monthly spends of $50K–$90K. You’ll pair hands-on campaign management with strategic insights to drive new customer acquisition, maximize return on ad spend (ROAS), and shape the brand’s long-term paid media strategy. As a Media Buyer, your success will be defined by your ability to manage paid media campaigns with precision, optimize performance against key growth metrics, and provide strategic recommendations that guide long-term success. You’ll bring a data-driven mindset, strong analytical instincts, and the creativity needed to test and scale high-performing ad campaigns.

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
