The company is scaling rapidly with ambitious goals to modernize its digital platforms, enhance customer experience, and expand its online revenue channels.
This is a hands-on, execution-driven role where you’ll manage daily store operations, oversee Shopify Plus migration projects, drive digital adoption, and deliver roadmap initiatives spanning loyalty, AI-driven merchandising, and CRM optimization. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:
You’ll report to the Director of E-Commerce and collaborate daily with cross-functional partners across marketing, operations, and IT.
At Oceans, you’ll also receive guidance and support from our Operations Manager, who will help you succeed in the role and ensure that you’re continuously growing and developing in your career.
