We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Amazon) to partner with one of our clients - a high-growth DTC consumer brand with a disciplined, performance-driven customer acquisition engine. This role is critical to maintaining efficiency, reliability, and scale within the company’s most important acquisition channel.

This is a hands-on, execution-first specialist role with full ownership of Amazon Ads performance. The strategy is already defined - success in this role comes from speed, precision, and disciplined execution, not conceptual planning or oversight.

Accountability

As a Senior Media Buyer (Amazon), your success will be defined by your ability to fully own and operate Amazon’s advertising ecosystem with accuracy and urgency. You’ll be accountable for daily performance, budget discipline, and rapid optimization - ensuring the channel remains stable, scalable, and efficient in a high-volume environment.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Amazon Ads Ownership

  • Fully own the Amazon Ads backend end-to-end, including Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display and Amazon DSP
  • Maintain clean, scalable campaign and portfolio structures.
  • Ensure consistent execution quality across all Amazon advertising surfaces.

Performance & Budget Management

  • Execute daily optimizations across branded and non-branded search.
  • Manage keyword harvesting, bid adjustments, and budget allocation.
  • Actively manage pacing and spend to maintain efficiency at scale.
  • Monitor and optimize performance at both SKU-level and portfolio-level.

Tactical Optimization & Decision-Making

  • Upload, test, rotate, and optimize creative formats within Amazon Ads.
  • Identify inefficiencies in spend and rapidly reallocate budgets.
  • Make fast, confident optimization decisions using core performance metrics, including ROAS, CPA, CPM, CPC and CVR.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with growth and creative teams to execute channel priorities.
  • Translate performance insights into clear, actionable execution updates.
  • Operate independently while remaining aligned with broader growth goals.

Colleagues

You’ll work closely with the client’s growth and creative teams, aligning daily execution with overall acquisition priorities and revenue targets.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Amazon Ads Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience across Amazon Search, Display, and DSP (non-negotiable).
  • DTC Experience: Proven success scaling DTC consumer brands on Amazon.
  • Execution Mastery: Strong command of keyword management, bid optimization, budget pacing, and campaign structuring.
  • Analytics: High fluency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for performance analysis and decision-making.
  • Ownership Mindset: Comfort operating independently with full accountability for results.
  • Decision-Making: Strong operational judgment and confidence making real-time optimization calls.
  • Execution Focus: A speed- and precision-oriented mindset with long-term ownership of channel performance.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
