We’re looking for a Senior Media Buyer (Meta) to partner with one of our clients - a high-growth DTC consumer brand with a disciplined, performance-driven acquisition engine. This role is central to maintaining efficiency, scale, and reliability across one of the company’s most important growth channels.

This is a hands-on, execution-first specialist role with full ownership of Meta Ads across Facebook and Instagram. The channel strategy is already defined. Your mandate is expert-level execution, rapid iteration, and consistent performance - not planning, orchestration, or high-level strategy.

Accountability

As a Senior Media Buyer (Meta), your success will be defined by your ability to operate Meta Ads with speed, precision, and discipline. You’ll be accountable for daily performance, budget efficiency, and execution quality - ensuring the channel delivers stable results in a fast-moving, high-accountability environment.

Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Meta Ads Ownership

  • Fully own the Meta Ads backend across Facebook and Instagram.
  • Build, maintain, and iterate campaign, ad set, and ad architecture.
  • Execute daily creative uploads, swaps, and testing across multiple formats.
  • Ensure cleanliness, consistency, and reliability within Ads Manager.

Performance & Budget Management

  • Actively manage budgets, scaling spend and reallocating based on performance signals.
  • Optimize across the full funnel within Meta, including prospecting, retargeting and retention.
  • Drive performance against core KPIs, including CPA, ROAS, CPM, CTR and CPC.

Tactical Optimization & Decision-Making

  • Make rapid, data-driven optimizations directly inside Meta Ads Manager.
  • Maintain accuracy and execution discipline in a high-volume environment.
  • Respond quickly to performance shifts, creative fatigue, and pacing needs.
  • Ensure changes are implemented within hours - not days.

Cross-Team Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with creative and growth teams to support channel objectives.
  • Provide clear, actionable feedback on creative performance and testing outcomes.
  • Support execution requests with same-day turnaround when required.
  • Translate performance insights into execution-ready updates for stakeholders.

Colleagues

You’ll work closely with the client’s growth and creative teams, aligning daily execution with overall acquisition priorities and revenue targets.

To excel in this role, you should have:

  • Meta Ads Expertise: Deep, hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager across Facebook and Instagram (non-negotiable).
  • DTC Experience: Proven success scaling DTC consumer brands on Meta Ads.
  • Campaign Execution: Strong command of campaign structure, ad set architecture, and creative testing frameworks.
  • Budget Management: Experience managing and scaling ad spend efficiently.
  • Tracking Knowledge: Solid understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion event setup.
  • Analytics: High proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets for performance analysis.
  • Ownership Mindset: Comfort operating independently with full accountability for results.
  • Execution Focus: Detail-oriented, fast-moving, and thrives in accountability-heavy environments.

Role Specifications

This is a remote role, where you will be expected to work a split shift with some overlap with our client’s time zone. You will, however, be expected to be present for in-person training programs during your first 90 days with us.
