Key Responsibilities:
Act as a Thuma Brand Ambassador
Create a warm, inviting atmosphere, fostering customer relationships
Deliver and maintain an outstanding level of customer service at all times
Maintain the flagship’s visual identity within brand guidelines
Showcase excellent product and brand knowledge and be naturally obsessed with the details
Work purposefully as part of a team to ensure daily objectives and goals are met
What You’ll Need:
This job requires availability to work flexible hours including weekends and occasional holidays
This job requires the ability to work in-person at the Thuma Flagship in NYC
A proven record in delivering excellent customer service
Keen attention to detail
A proactive and motivated individual with the ability to take initiative
Strong communication, collaboration and problem solving skills
At least 1 year of relevant work experience preferred
Physical Requirements:
Frequently moving and lifting items up to 75 lbs while utilizing appropriate equipment and safety techniques
Work standing and walking for extended periods of time
Ability to maneuver effectively around gallery floor, stock room and office
Position entails prolonged standing, twisting, stooping, kneeling, squatting, bending and climbing
