Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract diverse candidates
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Utilize learning management systems to create and deliver engaging training programs
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment and training initiatives

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment and learning management.

5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
