We are seeking a talented individual to join our Technical Support department as a Fusion Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant Lead. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert guidance on Fusion Payroll processes and systems, ensuring smooth operations and resolving any technical issues that may arise.

As the Consultant Lead, you will play a key role in leading a team of consultants, providing training and mentorship to ensure the team delivers high-quality support to our clients. Your expertise in both technical and functional aspects of Fusion Payroll will be crucial in driving successful implementations and optimizing system performance.

• Lead and mentor a team of consultants

• Provide expert guidance on Fusion Payroll processes

• Resolve technical issues and optimize system performance

• Collaborate with clients to ensure smooth operations

• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices

Requirements

• Strond hands-on understanding of UK-specific statutory rules:

  • PAYE, NI categories, Tax codes

  • RTI (FPS, EPS, NVR)

  • Pension auto-enrolment

  • Statutory Payments (SMP/SSP/etc.)

  • Apprenticeship Levy

• Expertise in:

  • Payroll configuration (Elements, Balances, Rate Definitions)

  • Fast Formulas

  • HCM Extracts

  • HDL/HSDL

• Experience supporting monthly/weekly payroll cycles in a production environment with SLAs

• Strong experience handling Fusion quarterly statutory updates for UK

• Provide L2/L3 support for Oracle Fusion UK Payroll, ensuring timely resolution of incidents

  Support end-to-end UK payroll cycles, including: Pre-payroll validations Payroll calculation and auditing Payment processing and costing Post-payroll reconciliation and reporting

  Handle UK-specific statutory payroll processes, including: RTI Submissions (FPS, EPS) P45, P46, P60, P11D Statutory Payments (SMP, SSP, SAP, SPP, SHPP) Apprenticeship Levy Student Loans & Postgraduate Loans Auto-enrolment Pension

  Support statutory integration with HMRC

  Analyze and resolve payroll issues related to: Payroll Elements and Balances Fast Formulas (Payroll, Calculation, Absence) Payroll Flow orchestration Costing and accounting integration
