We are seeking a talented individual to join our Human Capital department at GSB Solutions in the role of Fusion HCM/Payroll Techno-Functional. As part of our team, you will play a key role in implementing and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll solutions.

Your responsibilities will include configuring and customizing the system to meet the organization's requirements, providing technical support, and ensuring the smooth operation of the Fusion HCM and Payroll modules.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both technical and functional aspects of Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions that align with business objectives.

• Implement and support Oracle Fusion HCM and Payroll solutions

• Configure and customize the system to meet organizational requirements

• Provide technical support and ensure smooth operation of the modules

Requirements

Should have HR process knowledge with technical skills in oracle cloud (Core HR, payroll, Talent, Absence, time and labor)

working experience in development tools like fast formulas, BI publisher. OTBI, HCM Extracts, HDL, VBCS/OIC for customization integrations, and data migration.
