Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

Job Description:

• Having Overall 12 + Years’ experience as Oracle HCM Functional Consultant. Out of which 8+ Years experience in Oracle HCM Cloud

• Hands on Experience 8+ Years experience as Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM (Core HR,ORC ,Talent ,Absence and other HCM Modules)

• Involved in full life cycle implementations, Interfaces & Integrations Development Projects of Oracle Applications.

• Should have experience in Managing Support Engagement (AMS ) with team size of 20+

• Good back ground of Fusion Cloud SaaS application.

• Well Versed with Oracle Documentation and Methodology (UAM/TCM).

• Handled customers across regions/flexible on Time zone.

• Should have worked in Stringent SLA.

• Resolution of impediments, Risk planning and streamlining the processes.

• Provide best practices and testing processes as per customer requirements.

• Drive test metrics and dashboards with stakeholders and clients.

• Working with Multiple stakeholders for planning release schedules, release management.

• English as mandatory language skill.

• Location would be Mexico.

• Drive weekly and Monthly governance call with Customer.

ADVANCED CONVERSATIONAL ENGLISH ESSENTIAL (Will be evaluated).
