Fuse is a high-growth New York City startup revolutionizing financial services infrastructure through an innovative low-code tool. Backed by top-tier venture capital, the company is creating a transformative self-service platform for configuration, integration, and automation in financial technology. We are now expanding our capabilities to leverage artificial intelligence in revolutionizing how financial services workflows and integrations are built.
We are seeking a strategic Delivery QA Lead to architect the quality infrastructure for our client implementations. In this role, you will bridge the gap between Engineering and Delivery by leveraging AccelQ to create a scalable, low-code testing ecosystem. You will not act as a bottleneck; instead, you will serve as an enabler, designing the frameworks and CI/CD pipelines that empower Product and Implementation Managers to build and execute their own automated end-to-end tests for custom client workflows.
Architect Automation Frameworks: Build and maintain the master "Universe" in AccelQ, designing reusable, modular test assets (Actions/Contexts) that Implementation Managers can leverage for client-specific scenarios.
Enable "Citizen Testers": Train, mentor, and guide Implementation Managers and Product Managers to independently create and maintain automated E2E tests for custom decision rules and workflows.
Pipeline Orchestration: Integrate AccelQ automation into our Git-based CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions), ensuring that configuration changes automatically trigger targeted regression suites.
API & Integration Testing: Implement robust API testing strategies (REST/SOAP) to validate data integrity across third-party integrations (Credit Bureaus, KYC, Payments) without relying solely on UI tests.
Quality Governance: Establish and enforce quality gates, naming conventions, and best practices to prevent "configuration drift" and ensure the stability of our multi-tenant environment.
Test Data Strategy: Develop strategies for generating synthetic test data to ensure safe, compliant, and realistic testing for sophisticated lending use cases.
Experience: 6+ years in Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a Lead or Architect role within a B2B SaaS or Professional Services environment.
Tooling Expertise: Deep proficiency with AccelQ (or expert-level skill in similar AI/Low-code tools with a willingness to master AccelQ immediately). The lead can suggest a similar tool, if it achieves the required goals.
Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with CI/CD configuration (Jenkins, GitHub Actions), API testing, and Version Control (Git).
Collaboration: Proven ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders and experience working in a federated or "Center for Enablement" model.
Problem Solving: Ability to debug complex configuration issues where business logic meets software constraints.
