• Earn with confidence: Receive a base salary plus commission, with typical earnings between $75,000–$80,000 annually and no cap on your potential.

Skills you may have to make you a success!

• Current life insurance license (or ability to obtain one) required
• Bilingual abilities (Spanish/English) preferred
• 3–5 years of consultative or relationship-based sales experience preferred
• Excellent communication, listening, and interpersonal skills
• Strong closing abilities and a service-first mindset
• Motivation to grow personally and professionally
