About the role:

The iCapital Fund Finance Strategic Transformation team collaborates across platforms to drive automation, global consistency, operational excellence, and growth, with a focus on the iCapital platform. The Fund Finance Strategic Transformation team partners with business units, product managers, and engineering teams across the enterprise to define and manage technology requirements and streamline processes, ensuring the platform evolves to meet finance priorities. This role requires strong project management skills, a deep understanding of finance functions, and the ability to manage complex, cross-functional initiatives under tight deadlines. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver who can design and implement creative solutions while simplifying complex issues for stakeholders.

• Assist in defining the scope and impact of projects and effectively communicate results to stakeholders and management.
• Assist in all aspects of business analysis, from requirements gathering to post project benefits review.
• Implement new processes and align all functional finance teams to these new processes.
• Comprehend technical frameworks of the business process and identify areas for improvement.
• Work with finance teams to help define and build new or improved platform functionality.
• Identify and communicate issues and risks related to the project proactively.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and facilitate integration meetings among key project personnel to ensure a proper framework for issue resolution and risk mitigation is developed and utilized.
• Train users in the new processes and applications and create training materials for new businesses and system functionality.
• Participate in multiple projects across global offices.

• Possess foundational knowledge of and/or genuine interest in the financial markets
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Able to adapt to new responsibilities and manage competing priorities
• Technologically proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong verbal and written communication skills

Eligibility:

• A rising junior or senior in a U.S. college/university bachelor’s degree program
• Must be available to work the duration of the program from June 8th through August 7th to be eligible
• Committed to working five days a week in the New York City office for the entire duration of the internship
• Authorized to work in the United States*

Pay Rate: $42.00/hour + relocation stipend and transportation stipend
