Functional Owner – Engagement to Sales (m/f/d)

To strengthen our Platform Operations unit in the Engagement-to-Sales area, we are looking for a 

Functional Owner – Engagement to Sales (m/f/d) 

(Hybrid in Cologne or remote within Germany / Full-time / Permanent contract) 

Your Responsibilities 

• Provide functional leadership for a cross-functional team of two developers and two HubSpot admins, in close collaboration with the Engineering Manager 

• Structure and prioritize incoming requests and own the technical implementation of features and automations along the engagement journey (e.g., HubSpot, website) 

• Collaborate closely with Marketing and Tech to design data-driven processes and deliver an optimal user experience 

• Advocate for and continuously improve HubSpot capabilities across the organization 

• Drive technical enhancements to optimize the customer journey from first touchpoint to conversion 

Requirements

Your Profile 

• Degree in IT, Marketing Tech, Web Development or equivalent professional experience 

• Several years of experience in functional leadership of projects or teams, ideally in a tech-driven environment 

• Solid knowledge of HubSpot; ideally experience or understanding of frontend technologies (HubL, JavaScript, CSS) 

• Proven ability to prioritize backlogs and manage diverse stakeholders 

• A solution-oriented, collaborative, and communicative hands-on personality with strong organizational skills and a structured approach 

• Excellent English skills – German is a plus
