Arηs Group, Part of Accenture is looking for a Functional Analyst (Junior/Medior) to join its dynamic team in Zaventem, Belgium.
Role & responsibilities
- Understanding current processes, including BPMN modeling.
- Performing impact analyses related to new business requirements or updates.
- Updating and adapting existing documentation to new business needs.
- Preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint) to explain the system to the customer.
- Testing the application.
- Presenting meetings with the client to present updates or clarify functional points.
- Training users on how to use the new features.
Your profile
- Analytical mind and ability to clearly structure information
- Good communication skills
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Able to work collaboratively
Technical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Basic knowledge of BPMN
- Basic understanding of UML diagrams
- Good knowledge of Excel would be considered an asset
- Familiarity with Jira would be considered an asset
- Understanding of Agile methodologies would be considered an asset
