Role: Functional Analyst
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's in computer science or business related field.
• At least 3- 5 years’ experience in business analysis and support in medium to large organisations.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in Business Processes Mapping and Consultancy.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• A confident and engaging individual who is able to influence positive outcome and resolve conflicts.
• Decisive and results oriented in carrying out his/her role and responsibilities.
• Demonstrable experience in IT Industry standards, services, design, systems architecture, business analysis, training and business modeling.
• Experience in Financial Products industry eg. Insurance and Hire Purchase an added advantage
