Key Responsibilities:

Technical Lead a team of developers, providing guidance and support throughout the software development process.
Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
Oversee code quality and ensure best practices are followed within the team.
Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the overall system design.
Drive the migration of existing applications to modern Java and Angular frameworks (experience in migration projects is a plus).
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies, recommending improvements and innovations.

Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or Tech Lead with expertise in Java, Angular, and Spring Boot.
Strong understanding of software development methodologies and best practices.
Experience with application migration projects (Java to Angular and Spring Boot) is a significant advantage.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills in English (spoken and written); proficiency in French is a plus.
