Program Summary:
The Fullstack Training Program is a hands-on, immersive experience where participants will gain in-depth knowledge of both backend (Laravel or Python) and frontend technologies. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, trainees will work on live projects and gradually transition into full-time development roles within the organization.

Requirements
Eligibility Criteria:
- Anyinternship/freelance/academic experience in software development.

- Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
- Eagerness to learn fullstack technologies and best practices.
- Good debugging and problem-solving skills.

- Prior involvement in fullstack development projects (university, freelance, internships).
