Program Summary:

The Fullstack Training Program is a hands-on, immersive experience where participants will gain in-depth knowledge of both backend (Laravel or Python) and frontend technologies. Under the mentorship of senior engineers, trainees will work on live projects and gradually transition into full-time development roles within the organization.

Key Focus Areas:

Requirements

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Anyinternship/freelance/academic experience in software development.
  • Basic hands-on experience with Laravel or Python and familiarity with frontend development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
  • Strong understanding of OOP, data structures, and algorithms.
  • Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL or MongoDB.
  • Eagerness to learn fullstack technologies and best practices.
  • Good debugging and problem-solving skills.
  • Awareness of how AI tools are influencing modern development.
  • Prior involvement in fullstack development projects (university, freelance, internships).
  • Basic understanding of DevOps, cloud environments, and software testing.
  • Familiarity with Git, Agile methodologies, and Docker.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
