Iterate to Move Fast💨

We built and launched an MVP in 1 month (with 2 engineers), signed our first customer shortly after and raised our first round within 3 months!

We are now in a new phase of MVPs to tackle predictive maintenance, an exciting time to join and build fast in greenfield projects.

Requirements

The ideal profile is a Senior Full Stack Engineer that enjoys building products 0 to 1, you will get to build AI tools that help with the biggest inefficiencies in mobility industry today.

• You have strong full stack experience (any stack)
• You are a critical thinker
• You are able to work independently and go from problem to solutions tailored for users
• You have a product mindset - our code is a means to improve our users day to day
• High attention to detail & UX focus, we work with operational users, a simple experience is key.
• You like to contribute with your own ideas
• Ideally based in Barcelona but open to be remote.

The Process

We try to keep our process simple and focused on the work you will get to do here at papaya.

• 30 min informal intro chat with the CTO
• 60 min technical pairing exercise with a real world problem with an engineer (No home work)
• 45 min cultural fit with our CEO
