Fullstack Engineer

Our multi-dimensional team is made up of industry experts, product designers and passionate software engineers located across the US and India. 

This will be a hybrid role requiring onsite presence for 3 days/ week. Ideal candidate would be based in San Francisco, CA.

What do we need?

We are looking for passionate and motivated Fullstack engineers who will build revolutionary products and applications for digital health/Lifesciences companies. You will play a pivotal role in leading the technical development and driving innovation within our company.

This will include working closely with clients, requirement gathering, architecting and building front & backend systems, integrating with machine learning models, defining data structures, and running quality assessments.

Engineering Outcomes

• Build dynamic, end-to-end, and innovative software products and applications.
• Work with databases, servers, APIs, version control systems, and third-party apps.
• Identify anti-patterns and implement improvement plans to ensure the application's scalability, performance, reliability, and security.
• Help drive technical decisions and ensuring that software development processes and best practices are followed.
• Hands-on experience working on user-facing products, ensuring seamless user experience and functionality.
• Experienced in agile practices for development and quality delivery.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on professional experience of developing solutions
• Proficiency in one or more languages: Python, FastApi, TypeScript, React/Node JS, HTML
• Experience with various types of databases (MySql, MongoDB) and common web development tools & services, such as version control software, package managers, and CI/CD pipelines
• Proficiency in DevOps practices such as automated testing, continuous integration, and automated deployments
• Proven experience with cloud-based infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and building cloud-native applications
• Bachelor’s in Computer Engineering or similar IT background or equivalent practical experience

• Experience using microservices architectures and containerization tools such as Docker, Kubernetes
• Experience with Life sciences or bio-pharma companies will be a plus
• Experience with machine learning, data science, and modern AI (Large Language Models) would be a plus
