Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience as a Fullstack Engineer or SDE

  • Strong hands-on experience with Python for backend development

  • Strong hands-on experience with ReactJS for frontend development

  • Exposure to AI/ML systems or LLM-based products

  • Experience working in a product-based company

  • Solid understanding of APIs, databases, and system design basics

  • Strong problem-solving and builder mindset

  • Open source contributions or certifications like GSoC are a plus

Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain scalable fullstack features using Python and ReactJS

  • Work closely with founders and product teams to ship fast and iterate

  • Integrate AI/ML or LLM-driven components into product workflows

  • Own features end-to-end from design to production

  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code

  • Help shape early engineering practices and architecture
