Mid Level Fullstack Engineer (.NET) – Opportunity to work on innovative projects in a collaborative environment.
CLT POSITION - Hybrid model for the city of São Paulo.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement new features across both front-end and back-end systems.
• Analyze legacy systems to assess integration and modernization requirements.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, business analysts, architects, and DevOps teams.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and mentor junior and mid-level developers.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Identify and resolve performance or scalability issues across systems.

Requirements:

• Languages & Frameworks: C#, .NET, ASP.NET Core Web API.
• ORM & Database: Strong knowledge of Entity Framework, database design, and SQL Server optimization.
• Front-End: Angular, TypeScript, JavaScript, CSS.
• Architecture: Microservices, event-driven systems, design patterns (e.g., Saga).
• DevOps & Cloud: Docker, IIS, CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, and Azure Services (Service Bus, Redis).
• Modeling & Design: UML, Domain Driven Design (DDD), or similar methodologies.
• Professional software development experience.
• Proven experience in large-scale enterprise projects and full development lifecycles.
• Strong background in Agile methodologies and experience leading technical teams.
• Demonstrated ability to make architectural and design decisions.
• Work model: hybrid.
