As a Fullstack Developer, you will play a key role in serving our largest clients. You will design and develop customer-specific solutions with high demands on flexibility, performance, and reliability. This role comes with end-to-end responsibility – from architecture and development to testing, deployment, and maintenance.

Interpret Requirements: Transform unclear client requests into clear, actionable technical solutions; act as the link between clients/product owners and the development team

Design & Implementation: Build and maintain scalable applications and integrations (front-end and back-end) with a focus on quality, security, and performance

End-to-End Ownership: Manage development, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and deployments to production

Technical Flexibility: Switch seamlessly between languages and frameworks depending on project needs

Client Focus: Handle stakeholder management, prioritization, and delivery in complex projects
Tech Stack (Project-Specific) Our client projects vary, so you should be comfortable working with these combinations:

Project A: Vue.js (with Vuetify) + Java (Play Framework)

Project B: React + Ruby on Rails
Was Du mitbringst:
- Several years of fullstack development experience in at least one of the above stacks, with willingness to master both
- Strong skills in requirements engineering and solution design
- Experience with test automation, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Clean, maintainable coding practices and awareness of security and performance
- Excellent communication skills and ability to take ownership of end-to-end deliveries
- Fluent English and Swedish
- Familiarity with Play Framework, Ruby on Rails best practices, design systems (e.g., Vuetify), and frontend performance optimization
- Knowledge of API design (REST/GraphQL), event-driven architectures, and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana)
