About the Role:
Are you a systems wizard who thrives on creating order from chaos? The company, a fast-growing 7-figure agency, is looking for a Systems Builder/Manager to design and implement systems that streamline operations across the entire organization. This is not a typical tech support role — you will work directly with the CEO and Operations Manager to architect operational excellence that allows the company to scale efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build automations using Make.com, Go High Level, Zapier, and other platforms to reduce manual work
  • Create dashboards and reporting systems for real-time operational visibility
  • Turn big ideas into SOPs, scalable processes, and workflows
  • Handle complex technical escalations that the regular tech team cannot resolve
  • Propose and implement at least 2 process improvement projects per month
  • Collaborate across departments to ensure smooth operations and scalable systems


Requirements & Skills:

  • Proven experience building systems for 6-8 figure companies
  • Strong expertise in automation, dashboards, and workflows
  • Process-oriented thinking with excellent problem-solving skills
  • Obsessive about operational efficiency and clean systems
  • Comfortable working with CEOs and leadership teams to drive impact
