If you love nursing but feel burned out by hospital pace, rotating shifts, or the feeling that patient connection gets lost in the chaos, this role was built for you.
We offer infusion care in-house to create a white-glove, patient-first infusion experience inside a large, established neurology practice. This is not a “task factory” infusion job. It’s a high-touch clinical role where nurses are trusted, respected, and central to the patient journey. Your voice, clinical judgment, and compassion will shape how this program grows.
Many nurses come to outpatient infusion because they want a healthier schedule. Nurses stay here because they rediscover why they chose nursing.
This role offers:
Predictable weekday schedule (no nights, weekends, or holidays)
Time to build real relationships with patients
A collaborative physician partnership model
A culture that values nursing judgment and professional voice
A fast-growing program with real career growth
You’ll care for patients receiving life-changing neurological therapies and help guide them through treatment with confidence and compassion.
You will provide direct infusion and neurology nursing care in a fast-paced outpatient setting while helping patients feel safe, informed, and supported.
Administer infusion therapies and provide skilled nursing care in an outpatient neurology setting
Perform patient assessments and monitor during and after infusion
Provide education to patients and caregivers about treatment, safety, and expectations
Respond to urgent patient needs and infusion reactions appropriately
Maintain accurate documentation and strict HIPAA compliance
Partner closely with neurologists and advanced practice providers
Communicate clearly and confidently about patient concerns
Advocate for patient safety and escalate clinical concerns when appropriate
Participate in care coordination across a multidisciplinary team
Deliver a white-glove patient experience at every touchpoint
Help patients transition to a new care team with empathy and reassurance
Contribute to a supportive, collaborative team culture
Participate in staff meetings, training, and process improvement
This role is ideal for nurses who want to combine strong clinical skills with meaningful patient relationships.
You may be a great fit if you are:
You see the whole person, not just the treatment plan. You value empathy, education, and service.
You enjoy collaboration and believe great care happens through partnership.
You are comfortable speaking up, asking questions, and advocating for patient safety.
You can help patients and teammates navigate change and thrive in a busy outpatient environment.
Active, unrestricted Registered Nurse license
BLS certification
At least 1 year of RN experience
Strong IV skills
If you are an RN interested in transitioning into infusion, we encourage you to apply.
