As the Deli Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our deli department, ensuring high-quality food preparation, excellent customer service, and efficient workflow.
The Role:
Manage and train deli staff to maintain high standards of food quality and customer service
Develop and implement deli menus, promotions, and pricing strategies
Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper stock rotation
Adhere to food safety and sanitation regulations
Collaborate with other departments to optimize overall store performance
