Full stack Technical Lead (React.js, Node.js)

The Full Stack Technical Lead will play a central role in designing, developing, and delivering high-quality, scalable web applications that drive business outcomes. You will lead full stack development efforts, working closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into performant, maintainable, and secure solutions. The role combines hands-on coding with technical leadership, mentorship, and architectural decision-making across distributed Agile teams. You will ensure best practices, code quality, and operational excellence while fostering a collaborative, innovative, and growth-oriented environment. Accountabilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of full stack applications using React.js, Node.js, TypeScript, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, propose technical solutions, and provide recommendations for project success.
• Ensure code is performant, testable, scalable, secure, and aligns with best practices.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Mentor and guide engineers across projects, sharing knowledge through Communities of Practice (CoPs) and code reviews.
• Contribute to high-level architectural decisions, including microservices, serverless architectures, and design patterns.
• Troubleshoot complex technical issues, optimize performance, and implement efficient solutions.
• Take ownership of project delivery, demonstrating autonomy and accountability from conceptualization to deployment.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in full stack development, with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, and frontend state management.
• Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming principles, design patterns (Factory, Singleton, Observer), and high-level architecture (UML, C4, ArchiMate).
• Knowledge of frontend performance optimization, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms (AWS preferred).
• Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and modern development best practices.
• Hands-on experience mentoring engineers and driving technical decisions.
• Awareness of SOLID principles, OWASP guidelines, and enterprise-level system design.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills in English.

Additional Desired:

• Experience with Object-Relational Mappers (ORMs) and unit testing frameworks.
• Exposure to serverless architectures, microservices, and scalable system design.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and proactively propose improvements.
