Full Stack Tech Lead Engineer

• Build & Design
  Develop end-to-end product features using a modern stack: Node.js (TypeScript), Angular, Python, LangGraph, Postgres, and AWS CDK. As a Tech Lead here, you won’t just integrate AI models - you’ll help create the AI agents, tools, and capabilities themselves. You’ll work on the most impactful AI capabilities, whether for smarter features, better workflows, or more personalized usage. We’re always building what’s next, not what’s already crowded. You’ll own solutions from database to UI, shipping real value, not just tickets.
  
• Architect the Future
  Take part in high-level architectural decisions, technical research, and design. You’ll help shape scalable, robust, and forward-thinking systems that can grow with our customers and our product vision.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

• 7+ years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer
• Strong proficiency in our tech stack (Node.js, Typescript, Angular, Python, AWS)
• Expertise with relational databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar)
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent), including services like SQS, Lambda, and more
• Demonstrated leadership experience mentoring and guiding teams
• Strong problem-solving abilities and comfort working with complex, scalable systems
  

Nice to have:

• Experience with NestJS
• Hands on Experience building AI based Applications
• Proficiency with Prisma ORM
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS CDK for infrastructure-as-code
