We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our R&D group, who will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and leading activities across the full delivery lifecycle, to ensure successful results. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about driving innovation and fostering collaboration within our cross-functional team, someone who can inspire teammates to seamlessly blend their expertise in frontend and backend development to create an accessible and user-friendly applicative layer. Your ability to simplify complex processes into a sleek and intuitive user interface, while also architecting intricate backend logic, is essential for enabling our customers to harness the full potential of our product.
