WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for an experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our growing Technology team. This role is ideal for a versatile developer who can work across the full software stack from designing intuitive front-end applications to building secure APIs. 

In addition to strong web development expertise, the ideal candidate will have experience with SharePoint Online, Microsoft Azure, and Robotic Process Automation (RPA) particularly using UiPath to help automate workflows and streamline business operations. 

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Design and develop responsive, dynamic web applications using ReactJS and modern JavaScript frameworks. 
  • Build and maintain SharePoint Online portals, and integrations to support internal collaboration and document workflows. 
  • Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites and plugins, ensuring optimal performance, security, and user experience. 
  • Manage and enhance WordPress CMS functionality, including theme customization, API integrations, and automation of content workflows. 
  • Develop and integrate RESTful APIs to connect front-end and back-end systems securely and efficiently. 
  • Design and implement RPA workflows using UiPath (preferred) or equivalent tools to automate repetitive business processes. 
  • Deploy and manage cloud-based solutions within Microsoft Azure, including Azure App Services, Functions, and Storage. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, design, and implement technology-driven process improvements. 
  • Ensure application scalability, reliability, and performance through robust testing and continuous deployment practices. 
  • Participate in code reviews, maintain documentation, and uphold coding best practices and security standards. 

Requirements

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience). 
  • 4+ years of full-stack development experience. 
  • Experience with Python, React.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3. 
  • Familiarity with WordPress REST API and integrating it with other applications or systems. 
  • Experience with any cloud platform (AWS, Azure, GCP) 
  • Understanding of software development lifecycle and testing practices 
  • Experience with Agile project management, Jira, and Confluence 
  • Understanding of relational database concepts and query writing 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 
  • Ability to work independently while knowing when to seek assistance 
  • Experience with SharePoint Online development (SPFx, Power Automate, custom site design). 
  • Solid understanding of RESTful API design and integration. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Services, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps). 
  • Experience with RPA development, ideally using UiPath. 
  • Proficiency with backend technologies such as Node.js, .NET Core, or Python. 
  • Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases (SQL Server, Cosmos DB, MongoDB, etc.). 
  • Strong understanding of GitHub and modern DevOps practices (CI/CD).
