Full-stack Software Engineer (ReactJS & Java)

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using ReactJS for the front-end and Java/Spring Boot for the back-end. 
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Build reusable and scalable components, optimize performance and maintain security best practices.
• Implement and integrate RESTful APIs between frontend and backend modules.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and debugging processes.
• Work in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver features and improvements.
• Continuously learn and apply new technologies to improve code quality and team efficiency.
• Perform other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.

General requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least an intermediate English communication skills (both verbal & written).
• Likely having 2+ years of experience (flexible depending on how fast your learning and technical developing capabilities are).
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Growth mindset, proactive attitude, and commitment to learning new technologies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively in Agile/Scrum teams.

Technical requirements:

• Hands-on experience with front-end technologies, particularly React.js, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Hands-on experience with Java / Spring Boot on real project work.
• Knowledge of RESTful API integration and frontend–backend communication.
• Strong understanding of SPA concepts, including routing, data binding, and API communication (JSON-based RESTful APIs).
• Familiarity with the Unit Test frameworks such as Karma/Mocha, Jasmine, QUnit
• Practice knowledge of website optimization techniques and fast page load times.
• Basic understanding of cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus.
