What You’ll Do

Own and iterate on core features across our React frontend.

Collaborate with Product and Design to translate user feedback into elegant, performant solutions.

Design and maintain APIs, data models, and database schemas (PostgreSQL).

Work closely with our users and customers, evolving the platform to best meet their needs, understanding the construction workflows and our customers day to day.

Write clean, tested code and participate in code reviews, pair programming, and best-practice evangelism.

Be an owner: help shape architecture decisions, tooling, and our engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
-
5+ years of professional Full-Stack development experience, 0→1 Startup Experience is preferred.

Strong proficiency in React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Experience with Firebase (Firestore, Cloud Functions) or similar serverless platforms.
- Able to design and build UIs independently, following established patterns without relying on detailed mocks.

API Design and integration skills.
- Experience with LLM prompt engineering, RAG and NLP workflows is a plus.
- Familiar with deploying models in Google Cloud Run or similar environments.

Construction tech passion: curious about submittals, workflows, and the on-site realities of construction teams.

Collaborative spirit: excellent communicator, low-ego, and eager to learn.
