We are expanding our IT development competence center and looking for a talented Full-stack Senior/Mid .NET Developer. As a member of our cross-functional team, you will develop and enhance Teltonika's AI-powered bot platform, which serves to digitize processes, automate client service, and integrate internal AI tools across Teltonika’s companies. In This Role, You Will:

• Develop and enhance Teltonika's AI bot platform, focusing on process digitization, automation, and seamless interaction with internal systems.
• Design and implement a modular microservices architecture that integrates an LLM API, RAG, and process automation scenarios.
• Ensure system security, efficient data flow management, and stability of bot operations in production environments.
• Develop new internal systems and services.
• Automate, systematize, and integrate processes within internal environments.
• Maintain and refactor the existing codebase. 
• Identify and resolve system errors and improve system functionality. 
• Collaborate with other structural units, analyzing, evaluating, and implementing complex solutions.
• Work independently and within a team, ensuring high-quality, validated, maintainable code.
• Support team members in achieving shared goals.

What We Expect of You:

• At least 3+ years of hands-on experience in .NET C# and Vue.js development. 
• Strong experience working with RESTful APIs.
• Ability to work effectively with JetBrains Rider or similar IDEs in Git environments.
• Familiarity with Docker and Linux environments.
• Experience with distributed systems, including ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, and RAG technologies.
• Ability to work in interdisciplinary teams with project managers, AI specialists, and process owners.
• Team player with excellent system design skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility and innovative thinking for implementing new technology solutions.

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

• Proven experience working with relational databases. 
• Experience with process automation, system integration, and project-based development. 
• Knowledge of security and document validation principles, including access control, logs, and data pipeline management. 
• Understanding of modular architecture principles – API design, microservices, and event-driven integrations. 
• Experience with Docker-based environments and Linux systems.
• Experience building or integrating LLM-based systems using ChatGPT, Azure OpenAI, or RAG components.

Salary

We appreciate everyone's efforts and experience, so we offer an attractive salary that matches your skillset and expertise. The salary for this position ranges from 30 EUR/h to 35 EUR/h (~4960– 5800 EUR) pre-tax, depending on your experience and competence.
