We are seeking a self-motivated Full Stack Software Engineer to join a mission-driven initiative focused on leveraging technology for positive societal impact. This is a fully remote position within a globally distributed team.
Key Responsibilities
Develop end-to-end web applications with a strong focus on performance, usability, and reliability.
Architect and implement backend systems using PHP and MySQL.
Build responsive, high-quality frontend interfaces in React, translating precise Figma designs into production-ready components.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members while working independently in a remote environment.
Apply industry-standard engineering, security, and code quality best practices across all development tasks.
Contribute to automation, improvements, and integrations using Python when needed.
Communicate effectively in English, ensuring clarity in both written and verbal exchanges.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Full Stack Software Engineer.
Expert-level proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and React.
Solid understanding of Python and its application in backend or automation tasks.
Ability to convert detailed Figma designs into responsive, pixel-perfect UI.
Strong understanding of software architecture, security principles, and scalable development practices.
Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
Highly self-driven, organized, and capable of thriving in a fully remote, globally distributed team.
