You will also be one of the lead engineers, so providing direction and setting goals for a team should be second nature. You specialize in efficiency and optimization and love getting your hands messy with complex problems. You are extremely approachable but assertive. You may have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related. Minimum of 5 years of experience developing web application and services. Ability to write robust, efficient and maintainable code. Strong track record of overcoming technical challenges. Driven teams to success and failure, but mostly success. Your technological knowledge is legendary and it has been rumored that you can code for a week straight. Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, MongoDB, Redis, Angular, Nginx, AWS, GIT, Linux, SQL. You are passionate about growing and teaching others, some say you are a robin hood of code.
