Full Stack Engineer (Remote - EMEA)

As a Full Stack Engineer, you will be part of a global, cross-functional team building robust and scalable applications that power a leading HR and payroll SaaS platform. You will contribute across the entire development lifecycle—from discovery to deployment—crafting high-quality code that enhances user experience and operational efficiency. Working alongside engineers, product managers, and designers, you’ll deliver innovative solutions used by thousands of customers worldwide. Accountabilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain responsive web applications using TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Express.
• Implement server-side APIs, business logic, and data models to support product functionality and performance.
• Create reusable front-end components, hooks, and tests to ensure maintainable and scalable solutions.
• Build and optimize PostgreSQL database schemas, queries, and interactions.
• Participate actively in product planning, code reviews, testing, and debugging to maintain high-quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with back-end, front-end, and QA engineers to deliver seamless customer experiences.
• Stay current with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve the development process.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of full-stack development experience, ideally within a SaaS or cloud environment.
• Proficiency in TypeScript, React, and Node.js/Express frameworks.
• Experience designing and integrating RESTful APIs and working with PostgreSQL or similar databases.
• Strong understanding of software testing and quality assurance (e.g., Jest, Mocha, Cypress, Storybook).
• Familiarity with microservices, Docker, Kubernetes, and asynchronous programming.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a remote, multicultural team.
• Passion for solving complex technical problems and delivering exceptional user experiences.
• Bonus: Experience with Next.js, NestJS, Vite, or large-scale SaaS applications.
