Job Description:

  • Build and Innovate: Craft and enhance web applications using Python for the backend, Node.js for server-side logic, and TypeScript with modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • API Integration and Creation: Design, create, and integrate APIs to ensure seamless communication between different parts of the application and external services.
  • AWS IoT Integration: Leverage AWS IoT Hub to integrate IoT hardware into applications. Understand and work with AWS IoT documentation to ensure smooth connectivity and data flow.
  • Backend Expertise: Utilize Python frameworks (Django, Flask) and Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS) to build and maintain scalable, high-performance server-side applications.
  • Dashboard Integration: Work on integrating IoT hardware data into dashboards, providing real-time insights and control through user-friendly interfaces.
  • AWS Management: Manage and scale applications using AWS services like EC2, Lambda, S3, and RDS. Optimize infrastructure and application performance using AWS tools.
  • Database Savvy: Design and manage databases with a focus on performance, using both relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
  • Code with Quality: Write clean, maintainable code and participate in code reviews to uphold high-quality standards.
  • Collaborate: Partner with designers, product managers, and other developers to bring ideas to life and deliver effective solutions.
  • Problem-Solve: Address performance, scalability, and security challenges, continuously improving application performance.
  • Document: Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, APIs, IoT integrations, and infrastructure to support ongoing development and team collaboration.

Requirements

Experience: 5-8 years as a Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Python, Node.js, TypeScript, and AWS.

Skills:

  • Deep knowledge of Python and frameworks like Django or Flask.
  • Proficiency with Node.js and frameworks such as Express or NestJS.
  • Experience with TypeScript and modern front-end frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
  • Strong understanding of designing, creating, and integrating APIs.
  • Familiarity with AWS IoT Hub, including integrating IoT hardware into applications and dashboards.
  • Solid experience with AWS services and cloud infrastructure.
  • Proficiency in database management, both relational and NoSQL.
