Full Stack Engineer (Node/Python and React)

Job Summary:

A Full Stack Engineer at Creative Chaos is tasked with developing both the front-end and back-end of web applications. This position requires expertise in both Node.js and Python for back-end development while also being proficient in React for front-end development. The ideal candidate should have a passion for technology and a commitment to quality, ensuring seamless integration of user-facing elements and server-side functionalities.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using Node.js, Python, and React
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to translate visual designs into interactive applications
Work on database design and implementation
Implement server-side logic and integration with front-end components
Write clean, scalable, and efficient code
Troubleshoot and debug applications
Participate in code reviews and maintain code quality standards
Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features
Ensure the security and robustness of applications

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
4+ years of experience in software development with strong knowledge of Node.js and Python
Experience working with React and modern front-end development frameworks
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture
Proficient in SQL and NoSQL databases
Experience with version control systems, preferably Git
Understanding of CI/CD principles
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage time efficiently and work on multiple projects simultaneously
Experience with testing frameworks and methodologies is a plus
