We are hiring a Full‑stack Product Engineer to join a small, cross‑functional Agile team within the Learn 365 product. The role focuses on delivering customer value through close collaboration with product management and engineering peers, combining strong technical execution with a product‑oriented mindset. Learn 365 is a SaaS learning management system designed for enterprise customers as part of the Human Success Platform. The product is built on a Microsoft‑oriented technology stack and is evolving to incorporate AI‑driven features to stay competitive in the market.
Requirements
We are seeking a Senior Full-Stack Engineer with strong experience in .NET and TypeScript (3+ years) to join our AI team and help take our product capabilities to the next level.
This role goes beyond traditional development—it involves:
Driving the design and implementation of AI-powered features
Collaborating closely with product managers and cross-functional stakeholders
Continuously exploring and evaluating emerging AI technologies
Rapid prototyping and efficiently bringing innovations into production
Actively contributing to the evolution toward agentic engineering practices
You’ll be joining a small, high-impact team (3 engineers total+1 QA), where ownership, initiative, and innovation are essential. This is one of several small teams that use a Scrum‑based Agile process with two‑week sprints and monthly releases
Key Responsibilities
Design, implement, and maintain features across both backend and frontend
Actively participate in shaping product functionality by questioning, refining, and improving requirements
Collaborate with the product manager to translate business needs into technical solutions
Contribute ideas and prototypes, especially around emerging AI capabilities
Maintain code quality while focusing on pragmatic delivery of value
Communicate effectively within a small, fast‑moving team
Required Skills and Experience
Strong product mindset: interest in why features are built, not just how
Full‑stack readiness with experience in: .NET/C#/TypeScript/React
Ability to move fluidly between backend and frontend without strict specialization
Solid understanding of SaaS application development

Structured in three parts: Behavioral discussion focused on past experience and problem handling; Short theoretical questions on relevant technologies; Live code reading and coding exercises via screen sharing
