Job Description: Full Stack Engineer

Project Overview
- Develop an MVP for a comprehensive digital healthcare project and tooling management dashboard, aiming to transition away from Excel-based processes.
- Build a frontend GUI for internal teams to efficiently edit and update information within the database.
- Implement enhancements focused on Medical Equipment Planning for HTP Projects, ensuring equipment data consistency, improving performance (addressing crashes and log issues), and establishing change log and version control mechanisms.

Team and Culture
- The core engineering team is located in the US, with Malaysia as the newest engineering hub.
- Existing Malaysian engineers report to the US HQ office.
- This role reports directly to the VP of the APAC region.
- You will be the first APAC engineering hire, responsible for initiating and driving technology projects in the region.

Must-Have Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in React and at least one of the following: Java, .NET, or Node.js.
- Basic knowledge of DevOps practices and cloud infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of data systems and architecture, with hands-on experience in ETL processes, data pipelines, and data warehousing.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

Level / Grade
- Senior level, with a minimum of 4 years of software engineering experience.
- Must be comfortable independently delivering projects, with full ownership over the design and implementation of technical solutions.
